On Wednesday, November 8 at Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club, The Chase Home will host its 9th Annual Wine & Chocolate Tasting. Raising more than $400,000 for at-risk kids since its inception, the annual fundraiser is responsible for approximately half of the gap in The Chase Home’s annual budget.
Completion of New Driveway Concludes ‘Pave the Way Forward’
In May 2022, The Chase Home launched ‘Pave the Way Forward’ to raise funds to repave its driveway, a campaign that has successfully concluded.

While primarily focused on providing clinical, counseling, and psycho-therapeutic services to at-risk youth, ages 11 to 19, The Chase Home in Portsmouth offers an ambitious Summer Program explicitly designed “to create unforgettable memories.”

A semi-retired corporate executive, Portsmouth resident Brian Gibb has been elected president of the board of directors at The Chase Home in Portsmouth.
Community-Based Program “Diverting” Youth, “Transforming” Lives
Founded in 2016 by The Chase Home, the Seacoast Community Diversion Program (SCDP) diverts first-time youth offenders from the traditional juvenile justice system. Based on Restorative Justice-based principles, SCDP differs from probation in its focus on the underlying problems of a youth’s criminalized behavior.
Shared Community Vision Brings Two Organizations Together
In November, Northeast Credit Union (Northeast CU) invested $10,000 to support The Chase Home, a major gift that brought both organizations together in service of a shared community vision.
