This special evening will honor community impact and highlight The Chase Home’s programs. We hope you’ll join us in inspiring others and making a lasting impact on our vital programs and services.
While the holidays can be joyful, they can also magnify the challenges our youth have faced. With your support, we’ve expanded our clinical services, leading to fewer crises, more family reunifications, and more youth spending meaningful time with loved ones.
Every day, we provide 24/7 care, trauma-informed counseling, and community-based support that helps youth heal and rebuild their futures. Your gift ensures this vital work continues.

2. Donate a Gift cards are one of the most meaningful ways to support our youth. They offer choice—something many of our kids rarely experience—and allow them to pick out the clothing, meals, or everyday items that help them feel seen, confident, and cared for.
Choose cards from these local stores, restaurants, or favorite retailers, and mail or deliver them to The Chase Home at 698 Middle Road.
