Our Home-Based Therapy (HBT) and Individualized Service Option (ISO) programs provide flexible customized clinical and therapeutic services to at-risk youth who are experiencing serious difficulties around several areas in their lives. These services are available in the community and inside the homes where youth live with their families. These programs are designed to either prevent placement in our Residential Treatment Services (RTS) program or help youth transition back from RTS to a community and family-based setting. Our Child Health Support (CHS) program aims to provide continued support to children and their caregivers who are navigating the path to reunification.

Program Info
Our Home-Based Programs service youth ages 0-18 and their families in the New Hampshire Seacoast area and beyond. Referrals are placed through Child Protective Services or Juvenile Justice and services are typically put in place for a period of 90 days, with the option to extend if clinically indicated.
Services include individual counseling, family counseling, Trauma-focused community-based therapy/child-parent psychotherapy, dedicated respite rooms and family visiting rooms at Chase Home, crisis intervention/stabilization, parenting education, independent living support for older youth, case management, and 24/7 on-call support.
